Spousal Support and Resilience during the COVID-19 Pandemic: From the Perspectives of Cleaning Staffs Working on Hospitals

Health practitioners received great attention during the COVID-19 pandemic due to their pivotal role in treating affected individuals. However, lack of was given supporting workers hospital such as cleaning staffs. The study aims toinvestigate whether spousal support associated with resilience on staffs working hospitals pandemic.The participants comprised 103 staffswho work several Central Java province. In order collect data, we used Spousal Support Scale, Resilience and socio demographic questionnaire that were delivered usingan online platform. Then analyzed data using SPPS 25.0. This research Pearson correlation test revealed a moderate positive between (r = .411,p < .001). addition, explains 16.9% resilience. majority from spouses reported Family support, particularly partner, play important pandemic.
